The cage adopts international standard hot-dip galvanized mesh. The cage body adopts a reasonable spacing design, and each laying hen has sufficient activity space, which reduces the occurrence of pecking, feather pecking and stress reactions, and improves the survival rate and egg production rate of laying hens. The egg guide plate is designed with a gentle slope and anti-collision edge, which effectively reduces the egg breakage rate; the bottom net of the cage is made of anti-slip wire, which prevents the laying hens from slipping and protects their feet.

Supporting System

Automatic Feeding System: Travelling feeder, with even feeding and adjustable feeding amount, suitable for different growth stages of laying hens. The automatic travelling feeding vehicle is driven by steel wire rope and equipped with a gear motor. The hopper is made of 275g zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy. The leveling device is assembled without welding. The feed returning device is self-priming, equipped with a dust cover and a dust removal brush.

Automatic Egg Collection System: Belt-type egg collection, with gentle egg conveying, low egg breakage rate and high collection efficiency. The frame is made of 275g zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, equipped with egg conveying trough, egg diverting device, soft egg filtering device, gear motor and egg belt dust removal brush.

Automatic Manure Cleaning System: Conveyor-type manure cleaning, which removes manure in time and reduces environmental pollution and disease transmission. The frame is made of 275g zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, equipped with head and tail frames and power device, double spiral rollers at the head end, and secondary manure scraping structure.

Environmental Control System: Special breeding environmental controller of Hongsheng Machinery, with 4-zone temperature detection in the chicken house, alternate ventilation by fan groups, and automatic switching between temperature control and time control. It has high/low temperature, phase loss and power failure alarm. Equipped with 4G module, it allows mobile phone real-time monitoring of the chicken house, including fan status, temperature, humidity and alarm records. It is equipped with emergency control system, feeder remote control system, manure cleaner remote control system, lighting timer and backup mechanical alarm. It integrates temperature control, humidity control, ventilation and lighting to create a suitable growth environment for laying hens.
