Product Introduction
Layer Duck Breeding Equipment mainly includes the following:
- Duck Cages：Typically multi-tiered structures, commonly made from hot-dip galvanized steel wire for corrosion resistance and high strength. Various specifications are available, typically housing 2-3 ducks per cage. The cage floor is sloped to facilitate the rolling out of eggs for collection.
- Feeding Equipment：Includes feed troughs and an automatic feeder. The automatic feeder can dispense feed at scheduled times and in set quantities, improving feed efficiency and reducing waste.
- Drinking Equipment：Includes nipple drinkers and water troughs. Nipple drinkers ensure clean drinking water, reduce contamination, and save water. Water troughs require regular cleaning and disinfection to prevent bacterial growth.
- Egg Collection System：Equipped with a conveyor belt system that transports eggs to the front of the unit for easy collection. The egg collection front end is also equipped with a mechanism to handle soft eggs.
- Manure Removal Equipment：Primarily uses a scraper system installed beneath the cages to automatically remove manure. This maintains hygiene in the house and reduces the concentration of harmful gases like ammonia.
- Lighting Equipment：Mainly uses energy-saving lamps or LEDs. Lighting duration and intensity can be reasonably set according to the ducks' growth stage and light requirements to promote egg production.
- Environmental Control System：Includes high/low-temperature alarms and audible/visual alarms for power outages. Features SMS alerts and an emergency control system. Feeding and manure removal are automatically controlled, and lighting is timer-controlled, achieving fully automated management.
