The rapid drying of the manure prevents the proteins inside from converting into ammonia, preserving the manure's nutrient content while also avoiding environmental pollution. The dried manure can either be sold directly or further processed into pellet fertilizer, significantly reducing transportation costs.
The main structure of the drying system is made of galvanized steel, ensuring durability and low maintenance costs. The use of lightweight perforated manure belts not only reduces maintenance expenses but also lowers energy consumption during operation.
